The practice of ritually sleeping within the earth, close to the Underworld, so that messages from the Guardians and Protectors for oneself and one's spiritual path may be received in dreams or visions. This practice is one of the oldest ritual practices in human history, and was widely practiced up until the fall of Paganism in the Aeon of Pisces.
